Denis Island lies at the edge of the Seychelles Bank, 60 miles north of Mahé Island and covers a land area of 375 acres. The 28 luxury chalets are scattered alongside the beach areas either side of the main pavilion on the north-western tip of the island, offering spacious and very comfortable surroundings. For those wanting that little extra, the 'Bois D'Argent' Executive villa or ' Prince Noir ' 2 bedroom villa offers you total privacy as well as additional space within the rooms.
Each chalet has a large sea-facing verandah and a private courtyard providing the perfect setting for a starlit alfresco garden shower.

The highly acclaimed restaurant will delight you with an array of freshly caught fish, marinated meats, exotic salads and vegetables, a fusion of tastes enhanced by the local herbs and spices. The restaurant offers both indoor dining and outdoor dining on the shaded decking.

The island has a small village, an ancient lighthouse built in 1910, a redundant copra mill and the St Denis Chapel, all easily accessible via the meandering sand paths and palm-fringed walks.

Protectively guarded by coral reefs, the natural lagoons provide sheltered swimming, snorkelling and water sports all year round. The small professional dive centre is on hand should you wish to explore the underwater world, offering dives and tuition for beginners and advanced divers alike. A new swimming pool now adds to the attraction of Denis Island.
There is also the opportunity to experience some of the best game fishing in the world, boasting catches of marlin, sail fish, dorado, yellow fin tuna, barracuda and wahoo, which will then be prepared and brought to your table that evening.

To finish the day, your hosts will tempt you with a fine selection of tropical cocktails whilst relaxing in the classical informal lounge, listening to the resident guitarist or to the beautiful chords of the ocean's melody.
